SHIPPING
All paintings are shipped from Italy via private courier with tracking and insurance. Tracking number will be emailed to you once the painting is ready to ship.
Order processing time for countries within the EU is 1-5 business days.
IMPORTANT: Please note that for shipments outside of the EU the processing time for the order is at least 10 business days to allow for export papers to be filed and approved. During holiday seasons this process may take longer than usual due to the increased number of shipments, therefore there is no guarantee that the painting will arrive in time for a specific date. There may also be a customs fee to pay upon delivery. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
The cost of shipping will be added on at checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that the painting does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it you will have 5 business days to contact me about a return. After 5 business days have passed the sale is final. Return shipping costs will be the responibility of the buyer.
In the event that the painting arrives damaged please contact me within 7 business days of arrival and I will provide instructions to repair any minor damage. If the damage is major and requires professional repair the shipping insurance will cover the cost of repairs by a professional local to you.
If more than 7 business days have passed the insurance may lapse and the payout may be forfeit. In this case the cost of repairs will be the resposibility of the buyer.STORE POLICY
